Field Sales Executive – Entry Level (No Experience Required)
£24,000 basic + 20% bonus (OTE £28,800) | Company Van | Mon–Fri | Full Time
Territory: Cardiff, Newport, Pontypool, Pontypridd, Barry & surrounding area
Looking to start a career in sales, FMCG or field marketing? This is a hands-on, entry-level Field Sales role working with two major household brands – Haribo and Molson Coors – through Powerforce, a multi-award-winning field marketing agency. You don’t need previous sales experience. Full training, coaching and support are provided — we’re looking for attitude, potential and drive.
Important Driving Requirement
This role includes a company manual van. You must hold a full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months. (Automatic-only licences cannot be accepted.)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Visit independent and convenience stores across your local territory, learning how sales and brand marketing work in the real world.
- Relationship Building – Be the main point of contact for store owners and staff.
- Sales & Visibility – Promote products, build displays and increase brand presence.
- Retail Execution – Support availability, stock levels and in-store engagement.
- Team Collaboration – Share best practice and learn alongside a supportive team.
This is a practical, people-focused role where you learn by doing.
