What\’s the role about?

Territory Manager – Full time, Field-based

Full time, Permanent

Salary: Β£24,000 per annum (up to Β£28,800 OTE) + Citroen Berlingo van + Incentives

Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Territory: Bournemouth, Southampton, Salisbury, Portsmouth, Bognor Regis & surrounds.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Visiting independent and convenience stores across your territory
  • Representing Molson Coors (beer & beverages) and Haribo (confectionery)
  • Building strong relationships with store teams
  • Promoting new products, placing in-store displays, and ensuring strong brand visibility
  • Supporting stock levels and availability
  • Driving product sales through education, visibility, and store engagement
  • Collaborating with a supportive team and sharing best practices

What We\’re Looking For

  • Recent graduate or career changer eager to break into sales, marketing, or FMCG
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in building relationships
  • Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
  • Passion for learning and developing a career in sales
  • Full UK driving licence for at least one year (essential – company van provided)
