Powerforce is offering a Business Development Manager role representing Nestlé, one of the world’s most iconic FMCG brands. This full‑time, permanent position is based in Northampton and requires you to take total ownership of the wholesale channel, securing Nestlé’s presence across depots, cash & carries, multi‑site retailers and virtual warehouses.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strategic partnerships with Depot Managers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for category growth and promotional planning.
  • Leverage market insights and sales data to identify white space, pitch, negotiate, and close agreements that ensure NestlĂ© products are always available and highly visible.
  • Lead high‑energy activation days and trade events, driving new product launches and securing secondary displays that capture customer attention.
  • Conduct compliance audits, set up best‑in‑class displays, and use before‑and‑after reporting to demonstrate impact to leadership.
  • Navigating the diverse wholesale landscape and managing the assigned territory.
