We're looking for a Sales Executive to represent Nestlé confectionery across a defined territory of local stores. You'll be trusted to manage your area, build strong relationships, and drive sales through great in-store execution.

Responsibilities

  • Visit a set route of convenience stores across your territory
  • Build strong relationships with store owners and managers
  • Improve product visibility through smart merchandising and displays
  • Fix out-of-stocks and ensure products are ranged and available
  • Introduce new products, promotions, and pricing updates
  • Use sales data and insights to spot opportunities and take action
  • Capture activity and results using simple digital tools
  • Confident communicator who builds rapport easily
  • Commercially curious – you notice what sells and why
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
  • Happy using mobile apps and basic sales data
  • Experience in field sales, retail, or merchandising is useful but attitude matters most
