Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week – occasional weekends in lieu for events / in‑store training

We’re Powerforce, an award‑winning field marketing agency, and we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Retail Sales Trainers for Lenovo & Motorola. This role is ideal if you’re a graduate eager to break into the tech industry or if you’ve worked in consumer tech retail sales (Currys, John Lewis, Carphone Warehouse, EE, etc.) and want to take your career to the next level.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions to retail store teams
- Become a Lenovo & Motorola product expert and share your knowledge with confidence
- Inspire sales by coaching, motivating, and supporting retail staff
- Boost visibility and sales with merchandising, promotions, and POS displays
- Represent global brands at events and product launches
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and presentation skills – you enjoy engaging people
- Experience in retail, training, or customer‑facing roles (consumer electronics/tech retail a strong advantage)
- A real passion for technology and willingness to learn
- A full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months
