We’re Powerforce, an award-winning field marketing agency. This role is to train and develop retail staff for Lenovo & Motorola across the South West London area (Surbiton, Kingston, Wimbledon, New Malden, Morden).

What you’ll do

  • Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions to retail store teams
  • Become a Lenovo & Motorola product expert and share your knowledge with confidence
  • Inspire sales by coaching, motivating, and supporting retail staff
  • Boost visibility and sales with merchandising, promotions, and POS displays
  • Represent global brands at events and product launches

What we’re looking for

  • Strong communication and presentation skills – you enjoy engaging people
  • Experience in retail, training, or customer-facing roles (consumer electronics/tech retail is an advantage)
  • A real passion for technology and willingness to learn
  • A full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months

  • £25,000 base salary + up to 15% performance bonus

Additional information

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with occasional weekends in lieu for events / in-store training.
