Retail Sales Trainer

Powerforce, an award‑winning field marketing agency, is hiring enthusiastic Retail Sales Trainers for Lenovo & Motorola. This full‑time, permanent role is ideal for graduates eager to break into the tech industry or for those with consumer tech retail sales experience who want to take their career to the next level.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver engaging in‑person and virtual training sessions to retail store teams.
  • Become a Lenovo & Motorola product expert and share your knowledge confidently.
  • Inspire sales by coaching, motivating, and supporting retail staff.
  • Boost visibility and sales with merchandising, promotions, and POS displays.
  • Represent global brands at events and product launches.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and presentation skills – you enjoy engaging people.
  • Experience in retail, training, or customer‑facing roles (consumer electronics/tech retail a strong advantage).
  • A real passion for technology and willingness to learn.
  • A full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months.

  • £25,000 base salary + up to 15% performance bonus.
