Powerforce is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Manager to lead a team of 10 Business Development Managers for Nestlé Wholesale. You will be responsible for developing your team, driving sales performance, and delivering strong returns for our customers. If you are passionate about leadership, sales excellence, and making an impact, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop your team to maximise performance and engagement
- Clearly communicate KPIs, customer briefs, and new initiatives to ensure alignment
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development plans to drive success
- Ensure adherence to company processes, managing team performance and attendance effectively
- Celebrate team successes and foster a culture of motivation and achievement
- Oversee key team administration, including recruitment, onboarding, and expense management
- Prepare, analyse, and present monthly results and market intelligence to key stakeholders
- Meet and exceed regional KPIs, ensuring consistent and measurable success
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in sales management and team leadership
- Deep understanding of wholesale and B2B sales models
- Awareness of regional market trends and competitor activity
- Strong grasp of pricing strategies and financial metrics
- Ability to analyse sales data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual communication tools
