Salary: £18,000 pro rata + up to 15% bonus + mileage
Working: 22.5 hours / 3 days a week
Location: Home based – with travel to Winnersh (Head Office) for team meetings and quarterly field visits across the UK
You will be bridging the gap between the client and our internal teams. This is a solution-led role designed for a strategic thinker who can manage their own diary to hit specific KPIs. You will be the main point of contact for the client, translating field insights into actionable data stories.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the client and Powerforce; attend account surgeries to gather promotional info and lead activations/activities.
- Manage your own diary for field visits. You will go into trade each quarter to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Deliver weekly performance updates and use data storytelling to influence change and provide "view from the field" insights.
- Support a team of 21, ensuring the team has everything they need (POS, campaign info, RSM involvement) to succeed.
- Support the AD with ad-hoc client requests, induction delivery, training, and audits to maintain high Standards of Performance.
Requirements
- You must hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own reliable vehicle (mileage paid).
- Proven ability to use data to influence change or tell a compelling narrative to stakeholders.
- Strong experience in managing client relationships and professional communication.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
