Business Development Executive
Full time, Permanent. Salary £27,000 to £36,000 per annum. On Target Earnings + Company car. Working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Territory: Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon, and surrounding areas.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across OOH sectors: leisure, healthcare, education, workplace, and defence sites.
- Visiting sites such as soft play centres, theme parks, universities, canteens and contract caterers to pitch and activate opportunities.
- Influencing decision-makers with range advice, merchandising support and display solutions (FSDUs, countertop units, POS).
- Supporting product launches, sampling and seasonal activations (e.g. Freshers events).
- Using data and insight to advise on visibility, availability, and points of interruption.
- Managing your diary effectively to balance prospecting, meetings, and activations.
- Recording activity via tablet and keeping organised client records (Excel/spreadsheets).
Qualifications
- A self-starter with resilience and tenacity, confident cold calling and sourcing new business.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time, contacts, and pipeline development.
- Proven sales experience with success in new business wins (OOH/Foodservice experience a plus).
