Powerforce is looking for dynamic Business Development Managers to join our Nestlé Wholesale team. You will take ownership of your territory, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers in wholesalers across your area, and driving brand growth and visibility.
Using data-driven insights, you will influence stakeholders, increase product availability, and implement activation plans to enhance brand awareness and sales performance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, strategy, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit wholesalers across your area and build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Use data and insights to influence stakeholders, increasing product availability and visibility
- Secure additional displays and drive product awareness through strategic positioning
- Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and prevent gaps in supply
- Maximise brand awareness and communicate new product opportunities effectively
- Plan and execute regional activation strategies, including wholesale activation days, trade events, and industry exhibitions
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to navigate challenges and take initiative
- A results-oriented approach, focused on achieving and exceeding targets
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of driving revenue and managing accounts
- Experience in developing and implementing regional sales strategies
- Understanding of B2B sales models, supply chains, and distributor networks
- A full UK driving licence, held for a minimum of 12 months
