Business Development Executive – New Year, New Career! Up to £28,800 OTE | Company Van | Mon–Fri | Full Time
Territory: Bristol, Bath, Weston-Super-Mare, Taunton, Glastonbury & surrounding areas
Your Mission: Driving FMCG Sales
As a Field Sales Executive, you will manage and grow sales for Molson Coors and Haribo within independent and convenience stores:
- Relationship Building – Be the primary contact, building strong relationships with store teams and owners.
- Sales & Visibility – Promote new products, create eye-catching displays, and ensure strong brand visibility to drive sales.
- Retail Execution – Support stock levels, availability, and engagement across your local FMCG territory.
- Best Practice – Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing insights to maximize performance.
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or career changer looking to break into sales, FMCG, or field marketing. We’d love to hear from you if you have:

- Motivation, organisation, and a target-driven mindset
- A passion for learning and growing in a sales career
- A full UK driving licence for 12+ months (essential – van provided)
