Full Time Position Details: £24,000 basic + 20% bonus (OTE £28,800) | Company Van | Mon - Fri

Territory: Bristol, Bath, Weston‑Super‑Mare, Taunton, Glastonbury, and surrounds

Looking to start a career in sales, FMCG, or field marketing? This is a hands‑on, entry‑level Field Sales role working with two major household brands – Haribo and Molson Coors – through Powerforce, a multi‑award‑winning field marketing company. You don’t need previous sales experience. Full training, coaching, and support are provided – we’re looking for attitude, potential, and drive.

Important Driving Requirements: This role includes a company manual van. You must hold a full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months. Automatic‑only licences cannot be considered.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Relationship Building – Be the main point of contact for store owners and staff
  • Sales & Visibility – Promote products, build displays, and increase brand presence
  • Retail Execution – Support availability, stock levels and in‑store engagement
  • Team Collaboration – Share best practice and learn alongside a supportive team

This is a practical, people‑focused role where you learn by doing.
