Channel Sales Executive – Lenovo (South UK)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Earning Potential: Up to 15% Performance Based Bonus + Hybrid Company Car
Location: South of UK (M3/M4 Corridors and London)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Relationship Building - Establishing credible, profitable partnerships with B2B outlets across Reading, Farnborough, and the surrounding South territory
- Product Expertise - Becoming a Lenovo "Product Expert," understanding the competitive landscape and shifting from "feature-selling" to "need-matching"
- Training & Motivation - Engaging and coaching outlet colleagues to ensure they are confident and excited to recommend Lenovo products to their customers
- Driving Growth - Managing the existing trade partner base to increase both "sell-in" and "sell-out" volumes
The Ideal Candidate
- Tech Industry Experience - You must have a proven background working with or selling technology within a B2B environment. You should be comfortable discussing hardware specifications and digital solutions.
- Proven Results - A track record of delivering (and smashing) sales targets
- Relationship Skills - The ability to influence people at all levels and build instant rapport
- Driving Licence - A full UK manual driving licence (held for a minimum of 12 months)
- Flexibility - As this is a national role with a Southern focus, you must be comfortable with extensive travel and overnight stays
