This on-site, full-time role focuses on translating laboratory learning into scalable roll-to-roll photovoltaic processes and devices.
You will work across perovskite materials, interface engineering, thin-film vacuum coating and encapsulation, driving data analysis, modelling and process improvements while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with external partners as needed.
