About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Specialists who will work as part of our Sales and Retention team. Reporting to the Field Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for the acquisition of domestic and commercial energy customers across Northern Ireland. This is more than just a sales role; it's an opportunity to represent a leading energy provider, contribute to a sustainable future and be rewarded for your ambition and results.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers via door to door sales.
- Promote and sell our products and services to a high standard.
- Schedule and attend customer appointments.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets, whilst adhering to compliance and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships and act as an ambassador for the company in all that you do.
About you
Key Criteria
- Minimum 1-year Direct Sales Experience in target driven, high pressure environment.
- Demonstrable communication skills.
- Proven ability to work on your own initiative in a lone working role.
- Full Valid Driving License and access to own vehicle.
Desirable Criteria
- Knowledge of the electricity market in Northern Ireland.
