Your new opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Performance Specialist, who can champion the use of analytics and insight to manage Google Ads campaigns, inform and validate improvements across our websites and apps, and analyse campaign performance.

This is an opportunity to make a real difference to enhance how users find and interact with our websites. The successful candidate will have strong technical marketing expertise and extensive experience in sharing insights with stakeholders to support decision making. A proven track record in successfully managing Google Ads campaigns is key to this role.

What you’ll need

  • Extensive experience in a similar role (e.g. Digital Analyst, Marketing Performance role).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to confidently communicate complex data to marketing and CX teams.
  • Hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including implementing tracking (Floodlight tags and custom conversion Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn) budget management and on‑going campaign optimisation.
  • Extensive experience using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio (you will own digital reporting, visualisation and data storytelling).
