Salary: Starting salary £26,700 with opportunities to progress, plus an uncapped commission-based bonus with an OTE of £6,000
Hybrid Working: We currently operate a hybrid working policy working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

About the Role
Driven by continued growth and increased departmental demand, the team is expanding. This position plays a key role in organisational success. The ideal candidate will excel in a hybrid team environment, demonstrate high motivation, and be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Customer Retention: Connect with customers through inbound and outbound channels to foster loyalty and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Revenue Growth: Up-sell and cross-sell innovative energy products and services, including solutions within the 'Energy Transition' initiative focused on sustainable energy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain effective, professional relationships with internal teams and external partners to support shared objectives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Execute all duties in strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations, ensuring the highest standards of integrity and safety.
- Operational Excellence: Provide precise and efficient sales administration and support to ensure seamless operations within a dynamic energy environment.
About you
Key Criteria - What You'll Need
- At least 6 months of sales and negotiation experience demonstrating success in engaging customers, closing deals, and building rapport.
- Strong communication abilities, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in working independently with self-motivation, while collaborating within a broader team environment.
- Demonstrable IT proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
- A dedicated home office setup with reliable high-speed broadband to facilitate remote working.
Desirable Criteria - These help decide between those who meet all the above key criteria:
- Experience liaising directly with customers to promote the company's services.
- Experience handling inbound calls.
- GCSE education at grade A-C including Maths and English, or equivalent.
