Sales & Retention Specialist
Power NI, part of Energia Group, is looking for a Sales & Retention Specialist based in Antrim, Northern Ireland, UK.
Position: Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Salary: Starting salary of £24,300 with opportunities for progression plus an uncapped commission‑based bonus with an on‑target earnings (OTE) of £6,000.

Role Overview
Reporting to the Sales and Retention Team Leader, you will work as part of a team specialising in the acquisition of new and retention of existing customers in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment. The role requires a strong focus on delivering an excellent sales experience through great customer service.
What You’ll Need
- Experience of sales and negotiation with customers.
- Excellent numerical, spoken, and written communication skills with the ability to listen effectively.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in the use of MS Office.
- A suitable place to work at home and good broadband connection.
