Working Hours: 37 hours - Monday to Friday

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a commercial customer portfolio, developing and retaining their electricity business. The role is to help grow Power NI's market share, selling Power NI's products and services to business customers directly and through other channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a portfolio of commercial electricity customers.
  • Deliver on customer retention targets and pipeline activities.
  • Produce quotations and manage multiple leads across a product portfolio.
  • Negotiate contracts and build strong client relationships.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to track performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a sales role with a track record of delivering against customer retention targets.
  • Direct customer service experience in a sales‑related environment demonstrating effective customer relationship management and contract negotiations.
  • Experience producing quotations and managing multiple leads selling a portfolio of products.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Full driving license with access to own car (insured for business use).
