Role Overview
Join as a Strategic Co-Founder responsible for driving organizational growth through two key verticals:
- Building and managing relationships with organizations for talent recruitment
- Identifying and bringing startups for our fundraising and advisory services
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for market penetration in global markets
- Build and maintain relationships with startups, scale-ups, and enterprise clients
- Lead partnership initiatives with venture capital firms and startup accelerators
- Drive revenue growth through both recruitment and fundraising verticals
- Collaborate with the founding team on strategic decisions and company direction
- Leverage network to establish Power Nest Talent as a leading player in the industry

- Prior experience as a founder or co-founder preferred
