Shop Manager

Your Role in the Team

As the Shop Manager you set the tone for the shop, creating a fun environment that customers love to be in, while driving yourself and your team to achieve shop targets.

You provide full operational support, direction and guidance, ensuring that every customer who walks into a Paddy Power shop has a memorable experience, tailoring the service to meet each individual’s needs.
