As a Customer Service Team Leader you will welcome customers, create a friendly atmosphere in our retail shops, provide best‑in‑class service, promote our offers, and ensure each customer enjoys their time with us.
Responsibilities
- Host customers in the shop and clearly communicate answers to customer queries.
- Inform customers about our latest promotions.
- Assist customers to place bets through betting terminals and in‑shop transactions.
- Maintain excellent shop presentation standards.
- Act as shop manager in the absence of the Shop Manager and ensure smooth shop functioning.
- Adapt to changing situations while remaining customer‑focused.
- Fulfil social responsibility duties by adhering to guidelines and regulations.
