Lead one of our busiest community sports venues. Every week, hundreds of people visit Powerleague Newham to play football, celebrate birthdays, compete with friends and spend time with their local community. We're looking for a hands-on leader to take ownership of one of our busiest community venues. This is an opportunity to build a successful business, develop a great team and become a familiar face within the local community. At Powerleague, we're investing in the future of our business, and we're looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front, developing people and creating a venue that customers want to return to time and again.

The Role

As Club Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the venue, leading a close-knit team of up to 10 colleagues. From coaching your team and driving commercial performance to building relationships with local schools, grassroots football teams and businesses, no two days are the same. Working closely with your Regional Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of the business, raise standards and identify opportunities to grow participation and revenue.

About You

You'll already be leading a busy customer-focused operation and understand how to balance people, performance and commercial results. You may currently be a General Manager, Club Manager, Venue Manager, Operations Manager or an ambitious Assistant General Manager ready for your next step. Experience in leisure, hospitality, entertainment or another high-volume customer-focused environment would be advantageous. You'll be someone who:
