Power IQ is a leading solar installation company based in Lisburn, specializing in renewable energy solutions for homes and businesses across Northern Ireland. We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Advisor (Renewable Energy Advisor) to join our growing sales team. This is not a cold calling role, you will be contacting warm leads who have already expressed interest in our solar solutions through our own internal marketing channels. The Role Call warm leads generated internally throughourmarketing campaigns and online inquiries. Conduct in-depth pre-qualification calls to assess customers suitability for solar PV and battery systems. Explain the key benefits of solar energy and Power IQs offerings in a clear and engaging manner. Book qualified leads into survey appointments for ourfieldsales team. Maintainaccurateand detailed records of all calls and outcomes using ourbespokeCRM system. Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, including daily call targets and appointment bookings. Provide excellent customer service throughout theinitial inquiry stage. Key Requirements Previousexperience in telesales, call centers, or appointment setting is highly desirable. A confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Motivation to hit targets and earn commission. Knowledge or interest in renewable energy and solar is a plus (full training provided). Comfortable using CRM systems and basic IT tools.
