As demand for solar continues to grow, we're expanding our sales team and we're looking to fill this role immediately. The Role We're seeking an enthusiastic, target-driven Telesales Advisor to join our growing team. You'll be speaking to warm leads who have already expressed an interest in solar through our own marketing campaigns and online enquiries. Call warm, internally generated leads no cold lists, no door knocking Carry out in-depth pre-qualification calls to assess a customer's suitability for solar PV and battery storage Explain the benefits of solar energy and what Power IQ offers in a clear, engaging way Book qualified leads into survey appointments for our field sales team Keep accurate, detailed records of every call and outcome in our bespoke CRM Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, including daily call and appointment targets Deliver excellent customer service from the very first conversation What We're Looking For Previous experience in telesales, sales, appointment setting or a customer-facing role is desirable, but not essential, were also interested in people with the confidence, personality and motivation to build a career in sales.
