We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Advisor (Renewable Energy Advisor) to join our growing sales team. This is not a cold calling role; you will be contacting warm leads who have already expressed interest in our solar solutions through our own internal marketing channels.
The Role
- Call warm leads generated internally through our marketing campaigns and online inquiries.
- Conduct in-depth pre-qualification calls to assess customers' suitability for solar PV and battery systems.
- Explain the key benefits of solar energy and Power IQ's offerings in a clear and engaging manner.
- Book qualified leads into survey appointments for our field sales team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and outcomes using our bespoke CRM system.
- Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, including daily call targets and appointment bookings.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the initial inquiry stage.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales, call centers, or appointment setting is highly desirable.
- A confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Motivation to hit targets and earn commission.
- Knowledge or interest in renewable energy and solar is a plus (full training provided).
