We are looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-focused Office Administrator to join our fast-growing renewable energy company, specialising in Solar PV and Battery Storage, based in Lisburn. This is a full-time, office-based role providing essential support across project administration, customer service, and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers via phone and email.
  • Handle customer documentation and schedule installation dates.
  • Track installation progress from sale through to completion.
  • Complete and manage project certifications and handover documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations.
  • Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and other office software.

Preferred (Not Essential)

  • Experience within Solar PV, Battery Storage, electrical, or renewable energy sectors.
  • Familiarity with MCS certification or technical administration.
