We are looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-focused Office Administrator to join our fast-growing renewable energy company, specialising in Solar PV and Battery Storage, based in Lisburn. This is a full-time, office-based role providing essential support across project administration, customer service, and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers via phone and email.
- Support customers throughout their service journey, ensuring clear communication and timely responses.
- Handle customer documentation and schedule installation dates.
- Track installation progress from sale through to completion.
- Complete and manage project certifications and handover documentation.
- Maintain accurate company records, including warranties and industry-specific certifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations.
Skills & Experience Required
