We are seeking an experienced Roofing Technician to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the integrity and functionality of the roofs on which we install our solar panels. As a Roofing Technician, you will be responsible for mapping out roof layouts, conducting detailed inspections, and executing repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal roof condition for solar installations.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough roof inspections to determine the condition and layout, identifying any potential issues that could affect solar panel installation.
- Create detailed roof maps, outlining dimensions, angles, and areas requiring repair or reinforcement.
- Perform a range of roofing repairs, including patching holes, replacing shingles or tiles, and sealing leaks.
- Work closely with the solar panel installation team to provide insights and recommendations for the best installation approaches based on roof analysis.
- Ensure all roofing work is done in compliance with safety standards and building codes.
