Job Purpose: It is a technical leadership position and a pivotal role managing our Aftermarket Project Sales. You will own the lifecycle of complex generator and switchgear upgrades from technical inception to final delivery. This is your chance to leverage your engineering background to design innovative, future-proof solutions for mission-critical sectors including Data Centres, Healthcare, and National Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute the strategy for growing our Project Business, identifying high-value opportunities for electrical and mechanical system upgrades.
- Technical Consultation: Act as the technical lead on project opportunities, including generator refurbishment, relocation, and complex electrical system enhancements.
- End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full project lifecycle—from initial tender response and prequalification to monthly forecasting and post-delivery reviews.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with a dedicated Project Manager’s Assistant and liaise with high-level stakeholders, from Facility Management firms to internal Rental and Engineering teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion ISO 9001 standards and safety protocols, ensuring every project delivered is a benchmark for quality in the industry.
Skills & Experience:

- Qualified: HND/HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experienced: Proven background in a customer-facing environment, ideally within the power generation or heavy electrical industry.

- Analytical: Strong IT skills and a deep understanding of delivery contracts and commercial margins.
