To deliver fuel to Power Electrics fleet of generators on hire to its customers throughout the South Coast regional area.
Responsibilities
- To deliver fuel to generators on customer sites utilising a wide range of Power Electrics vehicles, predominantly: 18 Tonne Twin axle Fuel Tanker (13,000 Ltr Capacity), 7.5 Tonne Flatbed (with 2000 Ltr Capacity tank), 4×4 Vehicles (Typically Ford Rangers) towing 950 Ltr or 2000 Ltr Fuel Bowser.
- Completion of all relevant delivery paperwork in accordance with Power Electrics operating procedures.
- Comply with all relevant Health and Safety regulations, tachograph regulations & ADR regulations with regards to the transportation of fuel.
- Assist with the delivery and collection of the company's road tow and rapid response generators (fitted to Rigid wagons ranging from 7.5 Tonnes to 32 Tonnes GVW) as and when required.
- Comply with relevant aspects of the Companies Health and Safety policy.
- Comply with all aspects of the companies ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 quality management procedures, proactively contributing to the company's continuous improvement programme.
Qualifications
- LGV Category C licence (Old HGV Class 2) - Essential.
- Towing qualification and experience (B+E License no longer required since 16/12/21, but demonstrable experience required) - Essential.
- ADR Licence (Class 3 Tanks and Packages minimum) and Diesel Awareness training - Desirable (relevant training will be given if required).

- Sundays & Bank Holidays - All hours Double Time.
