Responsibilities

  • Own the execution, performance, and growth of campaigns within your book of business.
  • Work with account leadership to ideate and evolve the strategy of your service within the broader media mix.
  • Own reporting, optimizations, client communication, and execution of keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimizations, and routine campaign management, sometimes with the support of a Specialist.
  • Provide insights and forward-thinking strategy to clients on an ongoing basis and understand the service strategy and levers to drive performance.
  • Lead optimizations for performance improvements relative to goals and manage client budgets or advise on budget changes based on expertise.
  • Communicate internally with clients and teams about performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items; coordinate with Specialists as needed.
  • Prepare weekly client progress recaps with performance insights and future recommendations.
  • Demonstrate excellent marketing and business strategy acumen and full understanding of the marketing funnel and paid media execution.
  • Navigate roadblocks and adapt strategy to changing landscapes to achieve desired results.
  • Own performance reporting and strategy communication; execute reporting from start to finish with strong presentation creation capabilities.
  • Leverage data to tell a story and articulate results to clients and key stakeholders with clear next steps.
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes and use Power Digital\\\'s Nova ecosystem related to your department.

Role Requirements / Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience.
  • 1-2 years in agency setting.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Direct Response marketing; specifically in E-Commerce, Lead Gen or B2B.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing; campaign development and optimization (bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development).
  • Significant campaign management experience in: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns & Bing Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media\\\'s place in the funnel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed; ability to learn quickly and independently.
  • Interest in a long-lasting relationship with a growing company.
