Role Overview
The Amazon Catalog Management Strategist owns the execution and performance of Amazon and online retail organic/catalog management strategy within their book of business. They focus on client success, align efforts with greater business goals, and autonomously manage responsibilities while collaborating with account leadership to evolve strategy within the brands’ go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Amazon and/or online retail product catalog & organic presence across various business types and sizes, including daily optimizations, planning, and strategic pivots.
  • Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on performance data from Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and other online platforms, tying into overall retail performance.
  • Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions to advance channel knowledge.
  • Continuously seek to improve performance and business impact against client goals.
  • Maintain frequent and excellent communication with internal teams and assigned clients.
  • Participate in the development of new department training materials.
  • Utilize AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
  • Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department.

Role Requirements

  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience; 1-2 years in an agency setting preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon / online retail catalog management.
  • Significant organic / catalog management experience in one or more platforms: Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Central.
  • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s).
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and delegation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed; excellent interpersonal skills; quick to learn.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Hit revenue per team member metric: $20k+
  • Hit EBITDA per team member metric: $4k+
  • Maintain client churn rate below 10%
