We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Finance team at our Ryde facility on a temporary 6 month contract, working 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
- Obtaining invoice approvals in line with policy
- Preparing supplier payment runs
- Assisting with month end procedures and reporting requirements
- Performing verification checks on suppliers
- Supporting external reporting requirements, including VAT returns, ONS submissions, and statutory audits
- Assisting with general administrative tasks across the business
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous purchase ledger or accounts payable experience
- Be proactive and confident with a keen eye for detail and desire for accuracy
