Role Description
The Roofer role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Derby, supporting the installation and maintenance of solar power systems on various types of roofs.
Day‑to‑day tasks include preparing roofing surfaces, installing and securing solar panel mounting systems, and ensuring roofs are properly sealed and weather‑proof around all solar and electrical components.
The roofer will work closely with electricians and renewable energy technicians to coordinate safe, efficient installations across domestic and commercial properties.
