Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Multiskilled Engineer to support a contract across Hampshire. The role will involve both planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard and in line with contractual KPIs and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Ensure all assigned jobs are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update the CAFM system (e.g. PlanOn) with accurate job data
  • Operate a Permit to Work system in line with company and client procedures
  • Provide engineering support in emergency situations to maintain operational continuity
  • Support the Helpdesk with planned and reactive maintenance updates
  • Participate in out-of-hours call-out support when required

Client & Customer Duties

  • Respond promptly to verbal and written requests
  • Coordinate and assist with quotations alongside the Contract Manager
  • Produce supporting information for quotations

Compliance & Technical

  • Obtain required Technical Appointments (e.g. LVCP / LVAP / Mechanical / Pressure CP)
  • Produce condition and dilapidation reports as required
  • Escalate any dangerous situations to the Supervisor immediately

SHEQ Responsibilities

  • Comply with all health & safety policies and procedures
  • Report accidents and near misses promptly
  • Ensure PPE, tools, and test equipment are safe, calibrated, and fit for purpose
  • Follow Method Statements and Risk Assessments at all times
