Job Title: OLEC 2 Linesmen Location: Scotland Salary: Competitive Duration: Starting January 2026 About the Role: We are seeking qualified OLEC 2 Linesmen to join our rail projects in Scotland. You will play a key role in the construction, maintenance, and enhancement of overhead line electrification (OLE) systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation of electrified rail infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: * Undertake basic OLE construction activities under the supervision of OLEC 3 Linesmen. * Work as part of a team to install, repair, and modify OLE infrastructure. * Adhere to Personal Track Safety (PTS) guidelines and OLEC standards. * Implement safe working practices during all OLE activities. * Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly. Requirements: * Valid OLEC 2 certification. * Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) certificate. * Full UK Driving Licence * Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions. * Focus on safety and quality in all tasks. Desirable: * Competencies in line with OTP CORE and Machine Operator tickets. * First Aid Certificate
