We’re looking for experienced Multi-Skilled Civils Operatives to support upcoming civil engineering projects across Scotland. If you have a strong background in civils work and can confidently carry out a variety of site tasks, we’d like to hear from you.
Location: Scotland
Duration: Starting January 2026 – Minimum 6 months (ongoing works)
Rates: Competitive
Key Responsibilities:
- Groundworks, ducting, drainage & general civils duties
- Safe and efficient operation of tools, plant & equipment
- Supporting supervisors & engineers to deliver high-quality works
- Working effectively as part of a team
- Maintaining excellent health & safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven civils or groundworks experience
- PTS & CSCS (NPORS/CPCS, Cat & Genny, Abrasive Wheels desirable)
- Ability to follow site instructions
- Strong teamwork & communication skills
- Reliable, punctual & safety-focused
- Full UK driving licence
