Role Overview

We are looking for a fully qualified Electrical Craftsperson to carry out planned and reactive maintenance works within a facilities environment. The role involves working independently, diagnosing faults, and ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical maintenance and repair works
  • Complete PPMs and reactive tasks in line with KPIs
  • Diagnose faults in electrical systems, plant, and equipment
  • Work from drawings and specifications with minimal supervision
  • Update job records using a CAFM system (e.g. Maximo)
  • Maintain a safe, clean working environment
  • Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota (company vehicle provided)

Requirements

  • Fully qualified Electrician
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • AM2
  • Experience in maintenance environments
  • Full UK driving licence
