Power & Infrastructure Resourcing is looking for a Resourcer / Administrator to join our growing team in our Coatbridge office.
Location: Coatbridge – Office Based
Contract: 9-Month Maternity Cover, with potential extension
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Monday–Thursday: 08:00–16:30, Friday: 08:00–15:30
This is an office-based position, working five days per week. The role is initially offered as 9-month maternity cover, with the possibility of an extension as the business and team continue to grow.
Main Duties:
- Supporting the team with the input and maintenance of the Signal rostering system
- Processing new starter paperwork
- Assisting with the administration of project rosters
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including new starter and leaver statistics
- Providing general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organised and methodical approach to tasks
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience within the railway industry is desirable
