Role Overview
We’re looking for a fully qualified Electrical Craftsperson to carry out planned and reactive maintenance works within a facilities environment. The role involves working independently, diagnosing faults, and ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical maintenance and repair works
- Complete PPMs and reactive tasks in line with KPIs
- Diagnose faults in electrical systems, plant, and equipment
- Work from drawings and specifications with minimal supervision
- Update job records using a CAFM system (e.g. Maximo)
- Maintain a safe, clean working environment
- Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota (company vehicle provided)
Requirements
- Fully qualified Electrician
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- AM2
- Experience in maintenance environments
- Full UK driving licence
