As an Authorised Person (AP) in the rail industry you may be appointed to carry out several tasks such as operating line-side switches, testing the OLE, erecting and removing earths, removing objects from the OLE, and using live-line measuring devices. Individuals will work under the guidance of a Nominated person (NP).
20hrs - Van & Fuel card provided.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Valid PTS, COSS & AP Sentinel competencies.
- Proven experience with OLE isolations & safety-critical rail environments.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards & industry regulations.
- Ability to interpret OLE designs & wiring instructions.
- Familiarity with Network Rail controlled infrastructure.
- Valid UK driving license.
