Work safely as an individual and as part of a team in a physically demanding role. Work as an individual or part of a team to ensure delivery on time to both internal and external customers.

Mark out, drill and fit equipment to layouts. Must be able to read and work to bills of materials, standard operating procedures, assembly drawings and instructions. Be competent to torque power connections. Work to process standards and operating procedures.

Capable of highlighting potential issues and suggesting rational corrective/preventative actions. Capable and willing to transfer skills and knowledge to colleagues. Responsible for achieving required output including productivity, quality and attendance. Operate Kanban stock.

The ideal candidate will have solid and relevant experience of mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment. Other mechanical disciplines are also suitable.
