Arcadis in the London and South East is seeking a Senior Cost Consultant/Quantity Surveyor to join a multi-disciplinary team on major commercial, residential (all classes) and mixed-use developments.
You will lead pre- and post-contract cost management, produce cost plans and reports, manage valuations and final accounts, and provide procurement and contract advice.
MRICS is preferred, with knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts and strong stakeholder communication.
