  • Provide professional project leadership at a senior level, fostering strong relationships with project teams and clients.
  • Take full ownership and accountability for the successful delivery of assigned projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance (QA) processes and project governance standards.
  • Manage projects to be delivered on time, within budget, and meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Support the pursuit and business development teams by contributing to bid preparation and participating in client interviews as needed.
  • Focus on strengthening existing client relationships through excellence in project delivery rather than new client acquisition.

  • Promote and support standardisation and automation initiatives to enhance design delivery efficiency and quality.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience delivering architectural projects across all RIBA stages using both traditional and design & build construction routes.

  • Excellent interpersonal, ethical and communication skills, able to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
  • Sound commercial awareness, familiarity with contractual conditions and procedures, and the capability to take commercial responsibility for project delivery.
  • Proven experience in design management, client relationship management, quality assurance and continuous improvement on large-scale, complex projects, with an understanding of sustainable development best practice.
