Role Description Create a Legacy Through Digital Delivery on the UK's Largest Rail Projects
Great infrastructure depends on great information, coordinated design and effective digital delivery.
At Arcadis, our BIM, Design Management, Information Management and Design Delivery professionals play a critical role in helping some of the UK's most significant rail investments move from concept to reality.
Whether you are developing your career or bringing extensive industry experience, you'll have opportunities to contribute to major programmes including HS2, Washwood Heath Depot, Transpennine Route Upgrade (TRU), Navan and other nationally significant infrastructure projects.

- Role Accountabilities
- Support the delivery of BIM, digital engineering, information management and design coordination activities across major rail infrastructure programmes.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, commercial and client teams to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and management of project information and digital delivery processes.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design information to support project quality, programme and delivery objectives.
- Support design management activities including planning, monitoring and coordination of design deliverables.
- Help maintain information standards, governance requirements and project delivery procedures.
- Contribute to the development of innovative digital delivery solutions that improve project performance and collaboration.
- Support interface management between project stakeholders, design teams and delivery partners.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and consistency across project delivery.
- Promote collaborative ways of working and help foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications & Experience
We welcome applications from professionals at all stages of their careers, including graduates, coordinators, consultants, specialists, managers and technical leaders.
- Experience in BIM, digital engineering, information management, design management, design coordination or project delivery within infrastructure, transportation or the built environment.
- Understanding of digital delivery principles, information management processes or design coordination practices.
- Familiarity with industry standards and collaborative project delivery environments.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to organise, coordinate and manage information within complex project environments.
- Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Experience of rail, transportation or major infrastructure projects is beneficial but not essential.
- Professional qualifications, accreditation or progress towards professional recognition are welcomed.
- A passion for delivering projects that create long-term value for clients, communities and society.
- Due to the nature of some of the projects we deliver, successful candidates may be required to obtain and maintain BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) clearance.
