- Coordinate Value Engineering (VE) initiatives across ICT and security packages without compromising system performance or resilience.
- Work with the Client’s commercial and project controls teams to support budget management, cost tracking, and reporting.
- Liaise with scheduling teams to provide programme monitoring, tracking, and analysis across ICT and security deliverables.
Close-Out / Fit-Up
- Initiate the close-out process in advance of project completion (typically 2–3 months prior).
- Establish and manage close-out documentation requirements, including as-builts, OSP/ISP records, test results, O&M manuals, warranties, and certifications.
- Support testing, commissioning, and system validation of ICT infrastructure and integrated security systems, including platforms such as C-Cure.
- Assist with Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) inspections and occupancy approvals.
- Support the Client in the coordination and management of Owner-direct vendors and consultants through to final handover.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong understanding of large-scale technical construction projects, particularly within mission-critical or data centre environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple technical disciplines, including ICT infrastructure and security systems.
- Technical expertise in ISP/OSP fibre networks, corporate network infrastructure, and data hall environments.
- Experience with integrated security systems (CCTV, Access Control, PID), with knowledge of platforms such as C-Cure advantageous.
- Experience delivering data centre new build and refurbishment projects, preferably within hyperscale environments.
- Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
