The Role of Store Manager:

About You
- Retail leadership experience (Store Manager, Deputy Manager, or Senior Supervisor)
- Proven track record in sales & KPI success
- A customer-first mindset and passion for fashion
- Strong people management skills to coach and inspire a team
- Due to the requirement of bra fitting services, this role is exempt under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010, meaning we can only accept female applicants
