The Role
This is a highly personal and consultative customer experience role, where you will:
- Support customers in finding the perfect fit, offering thoughtful, personalised guidance based on their individual needs
- Deliver a calm, comfortable and confidence‑building bra fitting experience
- Use your understanding of people and your communication skills to help customers feel at ease during private fittings
- Share styling advice on fits, shapes and fabrics that enhance comfort and confidence
- Support with stock management and merchandising in store
- Operate the till and ensure a smooth and welcoming store experience
- Represent the Pour Moi brand through warm, professional and empathetic customer interactions

Who you are
We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with people and takes pride in delivering a thoughtful, high‑quality service experience. You will likely be someone who:
- Brings strong interpersonal skills and confidence in one‑to‑one conversations
- Has empathy, discretion and emotional awareness when supporting customers
- Enjoys helping people feel comfortable, confident, and understood

Experience in bra fitting or lingerie retail is welcome but not essential — we provide full training for the right person. We actively welcome applications from individuals returning to work or looking to build a new chapter in a customer‑focused career.
