We’re opening a brand-new Poundstretcher store in Livingston, and we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused team members to join us. Whether you’re looking to kick-start your retail career or take the next step into leadership, this is your chance to grow with us.
Sales Assistants
If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a busy environment, and want a role where no two days are the same, this could be perfect for you. Your role will include:
- Providing excellent customer service with a smile
- Keeping shelves stocked, tidy, and well-presented
- Maintaining a safe and welcoming store environment
- Working flexibly across different shifts
Contracts start from 4 hours per week, with plenty of overtime available. This is a fast-paced environment with great opportunities for progression as we continue to grow.
Key Holders (16 hours per week + overtime)
As a Key Holder, you’ll be a vital part of the store’s management team - helping to lead colleagues, support the Store Manager, and ensure everything runs smoothly. We’re looking for someone who is:
- Driven, hardworking, and reliable
- Experienced in a busy retail setting (discount retail is an advantage, but not essential)
- Ready to take on responsibility and support with leadership tasks
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering an outstanding shopping experience for customers
- Driving sales and achieving KPIs
- Supporting with recruitment, training, and motivating staff
- Ensuring company standards are met and maintained
- Overseeing health & safety for the store and colleagues
